Returns & Refunds Policy

We aim to provide good products and service. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Return Conditions
  • Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

  • Certain items (intimates, customized items, sale items) may not be eligible for return.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or wrong.

Wrong / Defective Item

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at thuhao.pph@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will review and offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider. Processing times may vary.
